This is a completely independent 1-bedroom, 1 bath, in-law suite/basement apartment, Hideaway 2021. ×Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. ×Smoking/vaping is ok outdoors. NO smoking/vaping is allowed anywhere inside the apartment. ×Only those on the reservation are permitted inside the apartment or on our property. ×The only exception is food/drink delivery personnel are permitted in the backyard or on our front porch but NOT inside the unit. ×No parties or events are permitted inside or outside. x No visitors or guests are permitted on our property or inside the unit if they are not listed on the Airbnb reservation. Your reservation will be cancelled if you sneak people inside/outside, have a party or smoke inside. Guest access Private entrance from backyard. Entire unit is deep cleaned according to CDC guidelines by a gloved and masked, healthy, vaccinated, woman-powered, professional housekeeping team prior to your arrival. 75% organic cleaning products are used. As well as Swiffer (disposal mop cloths), steam mop and vacuuming. The Swiffer, steam mop and vacuum used are ours to prevent possible cross contamination between households. CLEAN DISINFECT CHECK All bed mattresses/futons and bed pillows for sleeping in Hideaway 2021 are encased in zippered protective encasements to ensure your optimal health and wellness. Kitchenette with new electric oven and stovetop, Bonavita coffeemaker, new Bodum Press Pot, new microwave, toaster, electric kettle, full-size fridge with top freezer, dishes, mugs, glasses and stainless flatware. Dish towels, dish soap, spices, oil and butter. Recently renovated bath, new towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner Peaceful spacious coral-colored bedroom with queen-size bed (real mattress), IKEA and vintage furnishings. Large airy living room with comfortable IKEA sofa futon bed (full-size). Cozy tranquil blue meditation~yoga~exercise room. Physio-ball, hand weights and kettle ball are in the room. Yoga mats, blocks and bolsters. Aromatherapy vaporizer and essential oils. Laundry Room (shared) Hideaway 2024 has its own separate entrance and is 100% private EXCEPT for the laundry room which is a shared space. As of February 2024 we are both fully vaccinated. Other things to note Beginning in July 2021 we will have video surveillance on the exterior of our home including the entrance to Hideaway2021. The only persons permitted on/inside the property are those listed on the Airbnb reservation. Maximum of 3 occupants. Except for food delivery personnel - no others are allowed in the backyard. No other persons are permitted inside the apartment except those on the reservation - maximum of 3 occupants. No parties. If for some reason you would like to have a visitor, please chat with us prior to them stopping by. NO overnight guests. NO pets of any kind. Children 12 years or older are allowed. We cannot host travellers with younger children or babies because the apartment is not baby proof or child safe. We have a short-haired tabby, Rocket, in the main house. He does NOT enter the basement in-law suite. Please no smoking/vaping anywhere inside the unit. Outside only. If you need an ashtray, please let us know. Breakfast (coffee, tea, brioche, jam, breakfast bars, spring water) is provided for your first 7 nights. If you sneak people onto our property or inside the unit, smoke/vape inside or attempt to use our property for a party or event, sneak a pet on/inside our property, use/sell illegal drugs inside/on our property - your reservation will be cancelled. You will be required to vacate the premises. No refund will be given. Thank you
