The space The house consist of: - Master bedroom with kings size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan - Master bathroom has 2 sinks and walk-in shower, all linens and towels are included with your stay - Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, ceiling fan - Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan - Common area bathroom is located outside bedrooms 2 & 3 and all linens and towels are included with your stay. - Living room with queen size, memory foam sleeper, sitting area, ceiling fan and a 70" flat screen smart TV with cable - Dining room with seating for 6 - Family room surrounded with windows, a large sectional couch, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan with a view of the pool area, access to the pool and kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped , spacious and open to the dining room and family room. Features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, Keurig coffee machine and much more. Other things to note Garbage will be taken out by a service on garbage nights. Please make sure to separate the garbage accordingly. Recycling ONLY in the blue recycling bin. No bags or food only items showing on cover of bin. Regular garbage goes in black garbage container.
