Soak up the modern and vintage charm of this 100 years old Brooklyn Brownstone.Eclectic accents include special pieces from abroad and original artwork. flea market vibe The space i started hosting long before Airbnb even existed. i staryed with Maison des Sirenes 1 on the floor below. this apartment always been my favourite one. this is the same brownstone ,on the top floor(4th floor). I miticulously picked every single piece of furniture myself.Some of them come from very far away across the ocean and have many stories to tell on their own. Others I collected over the years and stored in my house until I found the perfect place for them. the master bedroom features a high end Vera Wang matress. the guest room has a unique ,antique daybed coming from India. the living room can accomodate one,two singles or a couple( the twin beds turn into a king bed when put together) the apartment receives light from every sides and ceilings (two skylights). towels ,cable and internet included.. this was renovated 20 years ago, iy is not perfect but it is super Homy, it is cute, charming and has a lot of personality. Guest access The apartment is independent. You have your own entrance door, your own kitchen and bathroom. This is not a sharing. Other things to note I am required by New York city and State to collect a Hotel Room Occupancy tax Representing 5.875% + $2/night. This is due upon arrival in cash(US dollars only). This is required on less than 180 days of occupenacy. Both Maison des sirenes are registered and have a license number.
