For dining you’ll have 2, 8 seat dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 6. The large full house length covered deck overlooking the lake has 1 large dining table, chairs, a conversation seating set and a large sized gas grill. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor each with a king bed that allow for anyone with issues negotiating stairs to be able to join in the fun. The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and couches. One bedroom has a queen, Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and twin bunks as well. The fourth bedroom has 2 full/full bunk beds with one having a twin trundle. Walk out to the large covered full deck with ping pong table and access to the hot tub and firepit. A laundry facility is also on this level. The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub and additional seating and porch swing. This is a non smoking home. You have access to the entire house and property. If I am not available to assist you we have a guest coordinator on call that is ready to help with any of your immediate needs or concerns. Lakeside Estates is a popular community on Norris Lake in LaFollette TN offering its own boat launch, swimming pool and plenty of overflow parking for cars, RVs or trailers. The community is in a protected no wake cove or boat traffic which provides peace of mind when swimming with children and enjoying the water on or around the docks . We are a 10-20 minute boat ride from 3 popular marinas- Sugar Hollow, Shanghai and Springs Dock- plus we are right beside the iconic "Cedar Creek Jumping Bridge" which is known throughout the lake as a don't miss activity. Take day trips to Knoxville (45 miles) or Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg (75miles). 2 ATV parks are within 30-60 minutes (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue) for more added excitement and adventure. Hike the Cumberland Trail or reserve a special dinner at McCloud Mountain for fantastic views of the mountain range and valley below. This home is 10 minutes away from local Food Lion for grocery trips or just that last minutes needed item. Our homes are designed for families and group vacationers that want a beautiful and quiet place to enjoy. We especially have to screen our off season bookings due to many that try to come and use the house "excessively". We love offering this home for others to enjoy, but we will not tolerate guests that cannot treat our home with respect and follow the guidelines and rules we have set. Keys to the Vacation Home Most of our homes are equipped with a coded entry system. Gate code and door code will be given to you prior to your arrival. If you have problems getting into your vacation home, contact the owner or local guest coordinator. Housekeeping & Linen Supplies All of our homes provide bed linens (sheets, pillow cases & bedspread/comforter) as well as towels and washcloths but you will need to make the beds up when you arrive.  You must bring your own personal lake towels. Please do not take any of the home’s towels, linens or blankets outside. At the end of your stay remove all linens and place on the floor. Place all used towels in the bathtubs. Your vacation home will have a starter roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen areas. Telephone & Internet Service—Electricity— We offer Comcast/Xfinity TV and internet services. Keep in mind local TN programming may be different from your origination. During high winds and storms temporary loss of electric is not uncommon. Please remember to log out of any subscription services!! Gas Grills & Outdoor Fireplace: Gas grills and LP gas are provided for your use, but do so with great caution and heed any warning labels on the grills.  There is a timer on the gas line that you must set prior to starting the gas grill. Lost & Found: We are not responsible for any items lost during your stay or left after your departure. If you find that you are missing something after you leave, contact our guest coordinator. We will do our best to locate the missing items and return them to you at your cost to ship. Maintenance: The property owners do everything possible to keep all equipment in good working order.  However, it is impossible to guarantee that all appliances, hot tubs, hot water heaters, etc. will be working 100% of the time. We do strive to correct deficiencies as soon as possible. Report all maintenance problems immediately to the guest coordinator. Also, report all damage or breakage immediately! Should you not report it and we find it after you check out we reserve the right to use the damage deposit to cover damages. Be certain to leave your name and description of the problem so we may expedite corrective service. Please take reasonable action to secure the problem as not to incur unnecessary damage. In the event maintenance must be performed, we will do our best to do so without inconvenience to you. Seasonal Water: We are on a part of Norris Lake that is impacted when the TVA lowers the level of the lake.  Typically around the middle of September, the TVA will begin to lower the lake to allow for flood control in the spring.  It takes 4 weeks for the lake to reach its off season level and at that point.  The entire lake is impacted especially coves and shallow areas. The dock for this house does sit in deeper water and is accessible year round but once the water drops to winter pool there is 20 feet more of stairs to navigate to get to the dock.
