The living room has a wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen has a dishwasher. Clothes washer and dryer are in the hall on the upper level. Ceiling fans throughout. One side of the townhome is on the Green Bay and the other side has an in-ground swimming pool. There’s a small dock and rocky beach for use. Unit has a water view patio with table, chairs and gas grill. Unit has Wi-Fi with Internet connection. Enjoy the sounds of the waves and the beautiful views of the water of Green Bay from dawn to sunset. Evenings provide nature’s best entertainment of pink sunsets contrasted with the deep blue of the water. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of Michigan across the bay. This quiet townhome is moments away from the active and fun town of Egg Harbor. Cook in or eat out, a 2-minute walk will take you to restaurants or to well-appointed markets.
