Access to 20 miles of private hiking trails, tennis courts, and a gymnasium. Located outside of Hendersonville, NC, an easy drive from Asheville, NC or Greenville, SC. The space Lakeview house has an open living area with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to take in the beautiful views, a gourmet kitchen with gas range, two ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Three bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the lower level, and a sofa bed in the den. Entertain in style in the formal dining room. Play a card game or a board game at the table in the den. Workspace in den for your work from home needs. There is a TV with a Roku. Currently no satellite or cable service. We do allow you to bring your dog, however you must make us aware and pay a $150 non refundable fee in order to bring your well behaved dog. Due to insurance regulations, we cannot accept the following breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario/Mastiff, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Siberian Husky and Wolf Hybrids. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, as well as the amenities on the retreat center property, including hiking, fishing (catch & release), boating (non motorized watercraft). A newly opened world class mountain bike park is located just a quarter of a mile down the road! Swimming and boating are only available if a lifeguard is on duty at the waterfront. Nonmotorized personal watercraft (canoes & kayaks, and sit on paddle boards) are welcome but may only be used if a lifeguard is on duty.
