We offer this unit for stays of 30 days or more. All-new patio at entrance has awning above and there is a privacy wall so area is not visible from the street. Outdoor table, chairs and a gas grill provided. Glass doors allow a lot of extra daylight in, with shades for nighttime privacy. Other things to note For off-street parking, please use only the driveway just in front of the entrance. The gravel area is parking for the other (upper floor) unit.
