Nestled in a valley and surrounded by trees, our newly remodeled home in Talking Rock Creek Resort offers you scenic views and access to the north Georgia mountains, Carter's Lake, and many of N. Ga's best small towns. Of course, if you'd rather stay indoors, our home offers a wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a smartTV. Pets welcome! (Dogs only please) The space Our home is spacious and recently remodeled. Large windows throughout allow for amazing lighting and beautiful views. The living area features plenty of space, wi-fi and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking! Washer and dryer available off the kitchen. Dining table has additional leaves and can seat six. The master bedroom also includes a Roku tv. The home includes new pet friendly flooring. All electric and plumbing has been renovated. The deck is large and brand new with lovely views of the surrounding valley and forests. Guest access Entire home and yard. Please note that there is another small home on the same property which may be occupied. The Airbnb listing is "Cozy studio in the woods." Other things to note There is a fireplace in the home, but the following rules need to be followed for usage. Please do not use fireplace if the temperature outside is warmer than inside. This will cause smoke to come back into the house. When using the fireplace, please start with some small kindling at the back of the fireplace to heat up the flue. This will also help keep smoke from coming back into the house. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FLUE IS FULLY OPEN! Finally, please use the logs provided for the fire once the flue is heated up. This will keep wood from popping back into the room.
