Beach, Bikes and Bark Park! Situated on a quiet street a block off of Palm Blvd, this quaint beach cottage has all the amenities to make your beach vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 dining areas and a screened in porch, there is ample space for families with pets, girls or guys trips or empty nesting snow birds! A well stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill allow for easy meal prep and family time. The space Enjoy mornings and afternoons on the deck or screened in porch for coffee or cocktails; chill out in the well appointed family room with large sectional pullout and flat screen TV features Netflix, Apple TV and various games, puzzles and books. A stones throw away is the Isle of Palms Rec Center with a playground, basketball courts and tennis & pickle ball. Our Pet guests are welcome visitors to the Bark Park and the Rec Center also features a Cardio Room and frisbee golf course. As a visitor of the beach cottage, the use of all Isle of Palms Rec Center facilities are included. Enter the beach at either of 2 public beach access points less than 2 blocks away. Ride bikes to the nearby restaurants, the marina or the sunset deck at islander 71 for dinner and sunset views of the marsh and inter coastal waterway. From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays. Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest. Bed and bath linens s are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company. $250 dollar pet fee plus 14% tax. 2 dogs allowed per stay. NOTE: YARD IS NOT FULLY FENCED.
