This unit is located on the second floor and gives you access to the entire apartment, shared pool, hot tub, and you are welcome to use any of our amenities such as the kayaks, boat docks, and paddle-boat. When you step out the front of the resort you will literally be in the parking lot of Indiana Beach Amusement park and if you step out the back you will be steps away from Lake Shaffer. You get the best of two worlds which means everyone will find something to enjoy!! All amenities are shared with other guests. Our parking is very limited and only one parking space will be given to each unit, there is other free parking in the area.
