The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay. Whether you are traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay. There are many fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherries, plums, and others...all you can eat. There is also a large-sized crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7! Pool house is owner/family recreational space only (not for tenant use or rental). Tenant access to main house only. You will share parking, the pool, and the backyard with the host. STRP2025-00030 Guest access Our guests will have access to the main house. Guests also have full access to the pool. Additionally, the garage will be locked during your stay, but you can use the driveway for parking. Other things to note All guests must have their their own Airbnb account and must be added to the reservation list. We are requiring guests to upload guests ID before the check-in. Parking is limited to 2 cars. We are not providing the garage spaces as amenities. Sorry. In some cases we ask for an additional $500 security deposit. The host is using the pool house. You will share parking, the pool, and the backyard with the host.
