Enjoy a lovely experience in this centrally located two-story home in the adorable historic neighborhood of Reynoldstown. Here you will be a short walk or drive from some of Atlanta's favorite establishments including, Krog Street & Ponce City Markets, Carroll Street Café, Muchacho Coffee, the Imaginarium Brewery, Revolution Donuts, and Home Grown Diner! Only two blocks from the Atlanta Beltline and easy access to I-20! The space We have a large two-story home with a wonderful screened in back porch. We offer two bedrooms for sleeping and have a separate third bedroom which we use as an office, meditation and yoga room. There is a large desk office chair, and meditation cushion ready for you! The main floor is the living area. It features a West Elm sectional sofa and two mid-century accent chairs for relaxing, a renovated kitchen with a dining table that seats four, and a half bathroom. The outdoor screened in patio is our oasis. Relax on our comfy sofa and two Adirondack chairs. We have a private fenced backyard that is helpful if you are traveling with furry friends. The two bedrooms are upstairs and each have their own bathrooms - an en-suite bathroom for the master and a hall bathroom for the second bedroom. Enjoy the upper balcony porch right of the master bedroom, outfitted with sectional seating/table for 2-3 people as well as two rocking chairs/table to enjoy a drink. The balcony overlooks a Cabbagetown/Reyndoldstown prize-winning willow oak tree. There is one thermostat per level. Make sure to set the heat to 68 when not in use (or air conditioning to 75 when not in use). You can also turn the systems off when not in use if the outside temperatures are nice. We can easily host 4 adults because of the expansive living space and bonus office. We are open to up to 2 children as additional guests (past the 4 max) if they share a bed with their parents or you bring a sleeping pad for them. Feel free to use our washer and dryer which is just off of the kitchen. And our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking any meals you desire while relaxing at home with use of a modern dishwasher and garbage disposal! Guest access Accessibility notes: To get up to the front door it is about 3 or 4 steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, but there is a sofa. There is no shower on the ground floor, but there is a half bath. The showers and bedrooms are on the second floor, accessible only via a staircase. Other things to note · · • Check-in is at 4 p.m. ET or later. Early check-ins between noon and 3 p.m. can be reserved, as available in advance, for $50. Super early check-ins between 7 a.m. and noon will be $90. • Check-out is firm at 10 a.m. • We will have a few check-out instructions for you including taking your trash and recycling to the driveway cans. We can take care of that for you for a $29 trash take-out fee. • Free driveway and street parking is available to guests 24/7. • You will need to carry your luggage up to the home just a few steps shown in the photo of the front of the house. • Congratulations!
