Home has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out bed in the living room. It has one full bath. The front area has a picnic table and bbq for guests exclusive use. The beach, lots of casual dining and a local city park are all a short walk from Crystal Sands beach house. On the corner of our street just a minute walk away are a surf shop, board rentals, bike rentals, ice cream and candy shop, massage and yoga, bait and tackle, and a small local seafood restaurant. Turn the corner to your right and you have an English pub with Directv for all of your can't miss sport games. Turn to your left and there is a pizza & sub shop. One block down and there is a convenience store for any items you might need. All of this close enough for your ease, but far enough for complete quiet. There is a bike rental place just a few steps froM the beach house. There is Uber and Lyft services available. Many restaurants are walking distance. There is a trolley that takes you from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete beach for a nominal fee. As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles. They also agree to follow county & state evacuation mandates in the event of a hurricane.
