We welcome you to stay & enjoy our Recently built and elegantly furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath guesthouse. Our love for travel and the enjoyment of staying in fully furnished homes around the world has motivated us to build our guest house. Our Farmhouse is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the everyday grind, yet only 12 minutes drive to Clovis city center. Please Note: We do not allow any gatherings, parties, reunions, receptions… etc as this is not an Event Venue. Thank you. The space The newly built ( September 2020) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath farmhouse is approximately 900SF. **PLEASE NOTE: - Our Guest House is Not a Venue and as such, we do not allow any gatherings on our premises. - We will not accept bookings with children (and Infants) under the age of 13 as our place is not suitable for children under the age of 13 - NO Visitors allowed other than the booked guests with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. We are available in person or via phone or text should you have any questions or concerns as we also live on our 5 acre property. Guest access Our guests can access the lawn in front of the farmhouse as it’s considered common area. Guests can always sit around the fire pit area and are welcome to use our barbecue as this area is considered common area as well. For safety reasons, only host can light up the fire pit upon request. Note: the fire pit will not be lit between May 15 and September 30. Thank you for your understanding.
