This newly built home sits on a peaceful stretch of the Cape Split shoreline in South Addison. A short walk through the pines brings you to the beach, where you can explore sandy stretches and rocky shoreline. Come back and gather around the fire pit, relax in the hammock, or grill outdoors under the stars. On clear nights the Milky Way is often visible thanks to the lack of light pollution. Day trips to Acadia National Park are easy and rewarding. You’re roughly 1 1/2 hours from the main entrance near Bar Harbor, making a full day of hiking, scenic drives, and exploring the park very doable. Many guests also enjoy the quieter Schoodic Peninsula section of Acadia, which is a bit closer and far less crowded. The home offers comfortable space for up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It’s designed for families and groups who want to slow down, reconnect, and experience the quieter side of the Maine coast. The fresh ocean air and surrounding forest create a true sense of escape. Other things to note *Please note that due to the remote nature of the location, access to cell and wifi can be spotty. * We have a cellular extender and unlimited hotspot-3 bars with AT&t on the top floor.
