This pet friendly 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome has everything! It offers a cozy living room, stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, screened in patio, & 2 parking spaces. The upstairs balcony is currently under revision & cannot be used. Both bedrooms offer large closets & Roku TVs. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds. On the same road as OCI & minutes from Lee U & I-75. If you need more space for guests ask about our 3 adjacent units. Other things to note In an effort to accomodate all guests, please note: Animals of any kind are not allowed on any furniture. If there is remnants of animals left behind, i.e. hair, etc. you may be charged an additonal cleaning fee.
