Central to everything in Sedalia. Wonderfully spacious 100-year-old home in older neighborhood. Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil. Guest access The entire house and contents are available to all guests. Please feel free to use anything that is at the house. Other things to note All linens including bedspreads, throws, shams, blankets and mattress pads are freshly laundered before each visit. Guests are also encouraged to eat/drink anything left in the kitchen (including both refrigerators). These items have been purchased for your stay. We hope you enjoy them. Blankets are kept in wardrobe located in dining room if you want them. Please do not return them to the wardrobe so we will know they have been used.
