Description

Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. The space Modern living awaits in this chic condo located on the second floor of Building A. Plenty of natural light streams in the glass doors into the great room, where careful attention has been paid to design and décor. Both sleek and functional, this condo offers modern living in a beautiful mountain location! The thoughtful use of color and texture in this condo creates a chic modern vibe. Attention is immediately drawn to the dramatic brick gas fireplace, which creates a warm ambiance. The abundance of natural light streaming through the full wall of glass doors offsets the dark bricks and shows off the views leading out over pines and mountain slopes beyond. The multi-hued wooden floors and wooden ceiling beams overhead add a mountain chalet feel to this chic space. Sink into the leather sofa at the end of a day on the slopes, soaking in the beauty that surrounds both inside and out. The walls have been nicely decorated with regionally relevant artwork, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV is available for entertainment. An open concept floorplan adds to the spacious feel of this condo. The living room flows easily into the kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and ample counter space create a pleasant place for preparing meals. It’s easy to take full advantage of having a kitchen at your fingertips when all cookware and tableware needed are provided. Spread ingredients out on the spacious kitchen island with butcher block countertop as you stay fully engaged in conversation with others in your family or group. There’s plenty of room for four to pull up a high-backed chair and enjoy breakfast in the comfort of their pajamas before heading out to explore the mountainside. At the end of an adventure-filled day, head to the master bedroom for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom is outfitted with a spacious four poster king bed draped with high quality linens. A cozy corner chair is the perfect place to curl up in the morning or evening for a few quiet moments. For additional sleeping quarters, the living room couch can be utilized as a sofa sleeper. Located right across the hall from the bedroom, the bathroom offers a full shower. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidental purposes such as room charges, damages, or parking. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
