Share my condo and be comfy! *dedicated bathroom*

I have made my home a nice and comfortable place, and look forward to sharing it with you like you are a good friend or relative. I'll make your stay as comfortable and convenient as I can. I can help you make plans, or provide anything you need or tell you where to get it. You get a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. I have a master bath, which is what I use. No smoking of any kind on the premises. The space The condo has a comfy and cozy charm and will feel like a home away from home! **Note that I have an 8 lb dog named Romeo, and do not accept other pets. Guest access You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom and a large smart TV. Consider your time staying with me as your friend. You can use living room and dining room and kitchen as shared space. Also, the condo grounds have a small pond to walk around. There's free parking in the complex's lots for your one vehicle. Please provide me your vehicle make/model/year/color/license plate upon arrival. I will be living in a separate bedroom and using a separate bathroom. Other things to note Very close to Argonne National Lab (within walking distance to the bus stop along route 715 that takes you the four miles to get there) Please note that this unit is up one (straight up) flight of stairs. It's the top floor of a two story building. (I'm sure you will hear it referred to as the "penthouse" jokingly!) A cleaning crew of three ladies that has worked for me for many years, comes every two weeks and and strips your bed, cleans your bathroom, cleans the floors, wipes things down, and cleans up the kitchen (they don't wash dirty dishes though!) There is meat cooked in this home. If you are vegan or vegetarian, please be sure you can tolerate being around meat or using my kitchen supplies and utensils. I am allergic to soy and curry. The soy causes me to feel badly and curry causes me to sneeze a lot. These ingredients will need to be limited. Also with the soy allergy- many candles are made with soy. So, there is no burning of any candles. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside my home or anywhere near the property. If you must smoke, it must be done at least 100 feet away from any building entrance or window. This applies to all substances, including tobacco, cannabis, vapes, or e-cigarettes. Additionally, please do not stay with me if you smoke, as I am sensitive to any lingering smoke smell on guests or their belongings. My property is strictly smoke-free. Please note: This listing is not set up to safely host infants or young children. Guests traveling with an infant are required to disclose this before booking. Resident dog on site: 15 year old chihuahua (8 lb.) He is skittish with strangers, may bark, and can nip if touched. Please give him space; guests agree to not approach, feed or pet him.
