We created a simple, comfortable base in the middle of it all. Rest, recharge, and step back out into New York whenever you're ready. Because here, the city is always just outside your door. If that is important to you, please do not book this. - Guests are required to show a photo ID for identification upon arrival and receive one-page standard rental agreement, which must be signed prior to check-in. Our address you will receive only indicates our office address, and it would be your key pick-up point unless you make a special request. Our apartment is just steps away from our office. - Early check-in may be allowed upon request, depending on availability; however, as a courtesy we often allow for guests to leave luggage in the apartment during cleaning hours at no cost. - We do our best to give you the suite of your choice.
