There is a bathtub, separate toilet room, two sinks that are on opposite sides of the bathroom. Her sink has a vanity/knee space area. Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): This room currently has a queen bed. This room has a 55 inch smart TV. There is a full bathroom downstairs just outside the door that is also used as a guest bathroom. Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): King size bed, walk in closet, attached full bathroom. This room has a 55 inch smart TV. Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): King size bed, walk in closet, private sink area (toilet and shower are shared with bedroom 5). This room has a 55 inch smart TV. New pics coming soon. Bedroom 5 (Upstairs): Queen bed, walk in closet, private sink area (toilet and shower are shared with bedroom 4). This room has a 55 inch smart TV. Dining room seats six. There is porcelain and crystal service for 12 (but also paper products available) Living room has a wood burning fireplace, two couches, and a 75 inch flat screen smart TV. Movie/Game room (Upstairs): has projector with a 120 inch screen and a 5.1 Klipsch surround sound system, blackout curtains, an oversized sectional couch that seats 6 adult’s comfortably. There is an Xbox 1, Xbox360, WiiU, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4. Back porch has a wood burning fireplace and dura-logs for use. Hot tub for 4 people. Multiple s’mores/hotdog skewers available. There is a Rec Tec wood pellet grill at your disposal. Gym with Peleton Bike +, 10 foot weight rack, wall ball/handstand pushup wall, gymnastics rings, 10ftx4ft gymnastics mat, 2 yoga matts, wall balls (10lb, 14lb, 20lb) kettlebells (24, 54, and 70kbs), 2 male bars, 1 female bar, 1 training bar, 3 jump ropes, 2 ab matts, 1 60lb slam ball, 1 cushioned box (for box jumps), 2 wood boxes, 620lbs in free weights, and gym towels. There are plenty of detergent pods for washing your laundry Loft: The lady of the house runs a bespoke bow tie company and the upstairs loft is where the work is done. You are welcome to use the sewing machine if needed. Blanchard Woods Park is within walking distances where is a 5k cross country track, several soccer fields, a playground, a skate park, and a dirt bike track. If your party is found to have more than 10 guest will be required to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. NO SPORTS TEAMS allowed. Guest will have access to the entire home. If possible we will try our best to meet you when you arrive, if the timing is not possible, we will make sure you have a smooth arrival. Very quiet and tucked away from traffic.
