One block from Peachtree Center Marta station. Close to the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Piedmont Park, and the Fox Theater. Roommate floor plan, each bedroom has a king bed. Super comfy beds. Full kitchen. Balcony. TV in living room and each bedroom. 24 hour concierge. The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a “pull-out sofa bed” also available in the living room. The bedrooms each contain a king bed and the sofa bed is also suitable for two adults. There are also two twin blow-up mattresses, if needed. Linens are located in the hall closet. Sofa bed linens are in the cabinet in the bedroom under the television. It is an old building on a boiler system. So you can have heat or AC. It is typically not an issue except for a week or so in the fall and spring. We have portable heaters and fans for our guests comfort. You may check in any time after 4:00pm (early check-in may be available). Please provide the first and last name of each person that will be staying in the unit as well as a phone number. I must provide it to the concierge. Please enter the building via the front entrance facing Peachtree St. You will need to check in with the concierge upon arrival. Shortly before your visit, I will send you a code for the keypad to enter the unit. As you go in and out the unit, pull the door closed and press the word “Schlage” on the keypad to lock when you leave and your code when you return. Parking I have a reserved parking space next to the building, if you need it. The address is 300 Peachtree St, 15G. Your parking space is #153. Enter the lot at 17 Baker St. Go straight back. Turn right into monthly parking. Immediate right again and then left. There are two spots in the center. Your space is #153. There is a sign. Be sure you are in the right space. They are very strict and will boot you. If you need additional parking, there are other spaces available in the lot, typically for $25 a day although prices vary. You can pay via the kiosk or on the Parkmobile app. I also recommend the SpotHero app to find the best price nearby. Public transport We are within walking distance to most downtown attractions and conference facilities. MARTA (Atlanta Public Transportation) offers buses and a subway system. We are in between the Peachtree Center and Civic Center station, approximately 2 blocks between each. It is about a 20 minute trip from the airport.
