1200 square ft. cabin located directly on the National Park highway. There is a fire pit. Please bring your own wood or you can purchase some from the local Ashford store. Pets allowed with a non refundable cleaning fee. Please include any pets at time of booking. Absolutely no pets on any furniture, beds or blankets. Dogs must be on a leash at all times outside, we have free roaming chickens and turkeys around the property. Full kitchen with full-size stove/oven and full sized fridge. 2 sleeping areas - one bedroom on main floor with Queen bed. The other a 2nd story loft bedroom with a steep ladder that leads to a comfortable queen size bed. Extra queen air mattress is available if booking 5-6 people and extra bedding will be left in cabin. No overnight visitors. Large living space with a sofa that folds into a twin size bed and a gas fireplace. Outdoor patio with gas grill, with outdoor patio furniture. Outdoor fire pit. Owner does not supply wood. Please stay in designated outdoor area. Having more people in the cabin other than the amount of guests that were booked will need to be cleared ahead of time by contacting us for approval. No more than six people total in the cabin including children. Only guests registered through Airbnb are allowed in cabin or on property. Failure to follow these rules will be reported to Airbnb and your security deposit will not be returned and you will be asked to leave immediately. Any pets not reported ahead of booking will be charged an additional $50 a night plus our standard $50 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee. Parties are strictly forbidden. No events. Owner lives onsite. Contact host via Airbnb. 3/4 mile from the Paradise entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. Multiple restaurants within a 4 mile radius during summer months. The restaurants are seasonal and will be closed between October 1 and May 1. There is a Mexican restaurant, pizza place and Chinese restaurant located in Eatonville, 30 minutes away. Check weather conditions in winter months before arriving and/or contact us. Chains are required to go into the park after November 1. There is limited cell service in the area. Verizon seems to work best but it's not perfect either. There is a house phone for outgoing calls if needed. Traction tires/ chains required to be carried in Mt Rainier National Park during winter months between November 1-May 1st. You can rent chains at Whitakers mountaineering in the town of Ashford Please be aware that during winter months, storm conditions can cause power outages anywhere from a few hours to a full day. We have a generator that runs our well and a few lights and the TV/blue ray player in the cabin. Gas fireplace in living room for heat during outages. You will not have hot water or Internet during these outages. We are not responsible for any inconveniences power outages might cause. Please be considerate of our delicate sewer system and flush only TP. No wipes, tissues etc
