We strictly comply by City of Coquitlam Short Rental guidelines, no noise, no more than 2 guests or single family, please do not request rentals over 29 days. During your stay Owner lives upstairs, our kids are well behaved and quite, kids friendly house + neighbourhood, preference will be given to potential guests with kids 3 years old - 14 years old. We love our planet therefore we only use eco friendly, biodegradable, bleach free, animal cruelty free cleaning supplies. We only use eco friendly soaps. Our suite is equipped with fire extinguisher, fire alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, 2 locks (regular key and/or code), windows locks, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, additional electric heater in the bedroom, central heating, and more.
