The highlight is the dream kitchen that includes commercial grade appliances and a large island to gather around. The cozy living room with fireplace is a great spot to unwind after skiing or a long day at the beach. Two water heaters assure you'll have plenty of hot water! The large outdoor deck surrounded by woods and nature is the place to be to enjoy the northern Michigan days and nights. Lots of great hiking trails just out your backdoor! The new Clubhouse with indoor heated pool & hot tub are open all year around! Summer amenities include a new outdoor pool (open from Father's Day weekend through Labor Day), 1,000 feet of sandy beach at our private Beach Club and tennis courts (seasonal). Come and enjoy! Guest access Parking: There is one numbered spot directly in front of the unit (112) and one available across the street. Only two parking passes are issued and will be left in the unit. Please place a pass in your windshield. If you have more than two vehicles, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the third vehicle. Vehicles must display a parking permit. After a second warning, the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense. A $250 charge for any pass not returned. Amenity Access: All persons over 14 must have a Harbor Cove Red Amenities Badge available to be presented to Security or a Manager's employee upon request. The red amenities badge will allow you access to the outdoor pool, tennis courts and private beach club (seasonal). The white keycard will allow you entrance to our new Clubhouse with indoor heated pool and hot tub. Hold the amenity badge and keycard near and dear to your heart because there is a $250 charge for any missing pass. Other things to note Special offer: Book a 3rd night with your 2 night minimum stay and add a 4th free. Message us and we'll make it happen. This offer is good for November 1 through May 15th only. NOTE: Excludes all Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years (12/22 to 1/6), MLK & Presidents weekend, and Spring Break). The free night can either be at the beginning or end of the stay, but will always be the date with the lowest nightly rate.
