Guests must be 21+ to book. The beach is 1 block away. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). The Inn began as a modest cabin in 1885 for the Gilbert family, and later an addition to the home resulted in the Queen Anne style which exists today. Family keepsakes, antiques and art remind you of the history of the Inn. The hotel features 11 guest rooms with private bathrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings and amenities both modern and historical. There are common areas for reading and relaxing, such as the Sunroom, where breakfast is served and the lobby where you can sit by the fireplace. On sunny days enjoy the outdoor patio or a lounge chair outdoors. This is a two-level Inn, so please let us know if climbing stairs will be an issue for you. This is a family and pet friendly hotel. Breakfast time is from 8-10 am in the Sunroom. -Our hotel room no longer features unnecessary items such as pens and decorative pillows. -When guests stay more than one night, their accommodations are not being cleaned daily unless specifically requested. -After guests leave, the rooms are being disinfected by the products from hotel industry-recognized brand Ecolab; multi-surface cleaner and disinfectants are being used that are recommended for COVID safety. -We clean off the keys and movies when the guests return.
