On Crystal River with Dock. Bring boat. Walking distance to the Plantation Resort. Boat or Kayak over to 7 waterfront restaurants. Entertaining deck with floating dock no lift. Remodeled in 2020, plenty of room for the family and additional trailer parking . Fishing or paddle 100 yards to open water of Kings Bay and King Spring, Hunter Springs, Three Sisters Springs. Manatees frequent dock, fish in the bay, swim in the springs, scallop, snorkel, Eco tours and world class fishing charters. The space Two queen beds, two twins beds in a downstairs bedroom, and one pull out sleeper sofa. Two upstairs bathrooms, laundry room. All living space is upstairs except for the laundry room and one bedroom. We offer a variety of sleeping options but the max occupancy is 6 total of all adults and children anywhere on property. No garage access. Guest access Entire home and extra lot for parking and boat trailers. *Use of kayaks, dock, firepit and all recreational activities are at users' own risk as this is a natural landscape as are all river homes and use of door code to enter property is acknowledgement of such. **Please respect the 6 guest maximum which includes adults and children in the total. This number cannot be exceeded. No pets, smoke free. Unfortunately, guests who bring pets or exceed 6 people, will be asked to leave the home. Other things to note We are a golf cart friendly town! Ask about golf cart rentals in walking distance of the home and where you can go. Usage of kayaks, paddleboard, canoes is at renter's own risk. Thank you. We are close to King Spring and our canal is navigable with any boat that you can trim up... expect 3-4 feet off the dock and 2 feet out of the mouth of the channel at low low tides (rare) We all have about a 22 foot center consul.
