Oakshire Guest House is a beautiful traditional 3400 sq ft, 4 1/2 bdrm home. Situated in the gated Oakshire Estate 25 minutes from shopping & the Union Gap exit off I-82. Only 15 minutes to the SOZO multi-sports complex and 30 minutes from downtown Yakima. It is perfect for a quiet family get away, hiking or strolling the 100 acre property or biking the quiet country roads. Come to Yakima to enjoy our winerys, micro-breweries and sunshine! The space OE Guest House is in a very secluded, quiet, gated estate. It is surrounded by old growth oak trees and lush landscape. It looks out on waving fields of hay with the sun rising just over the Ahtanum ridge. Plenty of parking and room to stretch, wonder, dream and rest. The house is beautifully appointed with lots of space and even a huge laundry/office room. There is a king bedroom on the ground floor with an attached full bathroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the garage, jacuzzi, and a beautifully landscaped property with a BBQ and plenty of space to relax in the sprawling yard. The home features a spacious layout with a cozy second living room, ideal for additional comfort or a quiet retreat. The large laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen and also offers direct access to the two-car garage -- perfect for storing golf clubs, ski gear or anything you need during your stay. This space also serves as a great spot to set up for a family dinner or even to catch up on work while on the go, with the built-in desk/workspace. There is also a tennis court with pickleball lines on the property that you are welcome to use with prior notification because it is up by the main estate but easily accessible by the outer service road. Guests are encouraged to explore and enjoy the 100-acre estate by taking a leisurely stroll, a nice run, or riding bikes around the property. Please note, the main estate hosts a limited number of weddings during summer weekends. During these events, we kindly ask guests to respect the privacy of our wedding clients and guests. For those traveling by private plane or helicopter, the property also features a 3,000-foot airfield for your convenience. Other things to note The internet is via Starlink. Property is gated. There is also an airfield on the property for private planes - please contact for more info. Property is used for a handful of weddings each summer so some weekends may have more activity on the driveways.
