Welcome to our unit! We have a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with large living/game room, with a gym attached. This unit is located below the garage of our home, but has its own separate entrance. We are located in the hills of Marin County, which is known for its natural beauty. Our home is nestled among the trees, with a feel of being away from it all. That being said, we are a short 5 minute drive into town. We are near beaches, hiking, wine country, San Francisco. The space This unit was built for both short term rentals and longer rentals. It has all the amenities you will need for a short or long stay. The views out of all the windows are of the woods, giving the outdoor feel. Guest access You will have access to the gym, game room, outside area that includes a small deck off the entrance. Other things to note If you will be staying two weeks or more, we will request a background check.
