Pet-Friendly Keowee lakefront home-dock & fire pit

A beautiful house on Lake Keowee in a secluded neighborhood 25 minutes to Clemson University, grocery stores, downtown Seneca’s Ram Cat Alley shops/boutiques, movie theater and restaurants. Day trips to Atlanta, Asheville, Greenville and Clemson along with various parks, wineries and activities. Rent a boat at a local marina or use our kayaks and paddle boards for a relaxing afternoon! This house is ideally set up for 8 adults and 4 children. The space This is a custom Craftsman style home and this space is the entire home (the master bedroom suite is locked and reserved for the owners). The detached garage is not available to guests. The main and lower levels are anchored by a family-friendly open floor plan with dining room, living room and game area. The kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, utensils, bakeware and all daily living dishes and flatware to enjoy fantastic meals in the cool lake air. There is a large TV for movies and Clemson games in the Living Room and central AC and heat supplement your daily comfort. The exterior main level porch and lower level stone patio overlooks the backyard, large firepit with seating, dock and lake, with lots of space for coffee, lunch or cocktails. For those wanting to dominate the cornhole circuit, there is a grass back yard at the lake edge to level up your game. Or for the kids, toss a frisbee or football. For the parents, lay out the beach blankets, sit lakeside and watch boats cruise by. There is a 14 cup coffee maker, with coffee filters and bean grinder in the kitchen-just bring your favorite coffee beans! There is also a Keurig unit for those that want to mix it up! Both kitchens have a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezers, electric oven/stove and microwave. We provide a mixer, blender, crock pot and toaster for your use. There is dish soap, hand soap and dishwasher detergent under the sink for your convenience. We provide bed linens, towels and beach towels. There are four full bathrooms, each stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Disposable razors (1 mens/1 womens) are set out in each bathroom. We even leave you a travel-size tube of toothpaste, “just in case”. All full bathrooms have vanity mirrors and hairdryers, for the non-"Lake Hair Don't Care" days. There is a half bath on the main level, near the front doors. There is a washer and dryer on each level, where we also provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets and bleach. A drying rack is also available for those wet swimsuits from the lake! There is also an iron, ironing board and baby/doggie gate, if needed. The Weber charcoal kettle grill on the stone patio is available for grilling that "fresh catch of the day" or burgers for the game! We provide charcoal, but if you prefer briquettes or smoking chips, please bring those along. Basic pets (dogs and cats) are welcome! They must be well behaved and housetrained. A limit of 2 pets are allowed and a non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged. Just let us know that you will bringing them along! We pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean space for your family. We clean very thoroughly between guests and all bed and bath items are washed between stays. Want to see more? Please note, we have one external camera to monitor our home located near the front porch. You will see it when you arrive which will let us know when you have begun your stay as our guest. There are no cameras or listening devices inside our home. Guest access The upper level front door is easily seen from the street and driveway. The driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. The lower level is accessed by an illuminated concrete pathway leading to the rear of the home or by the interior stairs. The neighborhood has wide paved streets with good lighting. The area is hilly, with some good climbs as you walk. Other things to note This a very remote part of north Lake Keowee and food delivery is not available, so plan ahead. Although WiFi is provided, the speed is not what you'd expect in an urban or suburban environment (basic speed only). If you do bring a dog, please note that our Homeowner's Association rules require all dogs to be leashed or carried when not on our property, thank you for understanding. Fireworks are not permitted. Smoking, vaping and candles are not permitted.
