A charming upstairs cottage with raised ceiling, hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen bathed in natural sunlight. A large deck to enjoy the views and breeze including lounge chairs, a bbq grill, a teak table and chairs. This cottage has been refurbished to its original splendor, furnished with period pieces and decorated with Laguna art. NOTE: This property requires the use of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. 30 night minimum. NOTE: This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. No smoking, of any kind, is permitted on the property, inside or outside, or associated decks, and or common grounds . Smoking will result in immediate cancelation for your reservation and eviction from the unit. The areas downstairs at ground level are for the exclusive use of other tenants and not available to guests of the Nest. We are very new to offering this unit for monthly vacation rentals. We will do our best to quickly address issues and questions raised by our initial guests. Located in North Laguna just blocks from beaches, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, the museum, the Playhouse and local art festivals.
