It is 1.8 miles from Pier Park for quick access to shops, restaurants and bars. It has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed and a queen size sofabed in the living room. The balcony is the best thing about this condo, with a huge space and seating for everyone. It has great views up and down the beach and out to sea for watching dolphins, manta rays and pelicans. Guest access The condo includes beach chairs, and access to pools, hot tub and a gym. There is also a tennis court across the street.
