When you book Dockzilla Lake Hamilton for your vacation or getaway you will be in your own private mini resort. Upon arrival you will be given the code to the power gate and when you enter you will see ample parking spaces for vehicles and trailers. We are different from most vacation rentals for Peggy and Steve are on sight to make sure everything you need is takin care of. From morning checks of the pool & spa water to lighting the outdoor fireplace to helping you with your boat launch. We are here to help take care of any issues you might have to make your stay most enjoyable. We have upstairs living quarters and our area is totally private from yours. We also provide you with a golf cart for hauling things down the lakeside entry. Your vacation rental includes the entire lower level which is a complete house(2400 sq ft) w 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large fully equipped kitchen, a commercial ice maker for filling your ice chests (no need to buy ice), a large breakfast area with view of the lake with seating for 4, a dining room with seating for 8, a gas log fireplace and a 70 inch TV in the living room with surround sound. All our bedrooms have TVs w ROKU. Take the elevator (house is very handicap friendly) upstairs to the party bedroom which includes a fold out murphy queen bed, another full kitchen w cocktail ice maker, a Olhausen Harley Davidson edition pool table, a foosball table & a keyboard. There also is a awesome sound system and a half bath. Enjoy ping pong and electronic darts in the garage. From the game room step outside into the Oasis! It's a rock garden with lush plants and trees and shrubs right by our suspended concrete deck w lots of seating to enjoy the lake view. Also in the Oasis is our Thermospa 8 person hot tub with a view of the lake while you are soakin! Below the Oasis deck is a 16 x 28 sports pool for volleyball or just relaxation. There is a huge outdoor fireplace and a large lighted pergola adjacent to the pool area. Enjoy the large covered deck just outside the lakeside and it has plenty of seating. We provide swamp coolers to keep it comfortable while you are sitting outside on the deck or under the pergola. Down at the water you have a large overhead deck that is 16 ft high from the lake level. A outdoor kitchen with a Vulcan range, a large Weber grill & a ss fridge w ice in the door. Enjoy the 155 ft of boardwalk w 3 hammock chairs. We provide you your own 14 x 34 boat slip and access to a jet ski dock for your jet ski! Ask Steve about our Seadoo. Bring your own boat or we offer a tritoon rental. Its a 2020 Barletta 22 ft with a Yamaha 200 hsp. Included with your tritoon rental is a tube to pull the kids on. {Check with Steve about rates} We sometimes offer a sightseeing charter on our 2023 R30 ft Cobalt (check with Steve about price and availability).
