This oceanfront property boasts the largest oceanfront pool on the island, beach volley ball , tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rentals, a playground, grill/picnic area and three delightful restaurants. Nestled-mid island, our villa is conventiently located two miles from Shelter Cove/Palmetto Dunes. Trolley pickup onsite. The space 🏖🏖Our villa is situated on the quiet side of the building, offering serene Ocean view and Marsh view from our top floor balcony. The interior is decorated in a cozy Beach Home style, featuring: A comfortable one bedroom with queen bed. A queen sleep sofa with a memory foam mattress in living room. A farm style dining table perfect for family meals. A fully stocked kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Captain bunks designed for children , making it an ideal family retreat. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, with a maximum of four adults and 2 children. Well appointed with one bathroom. A total living space of 540 square feet. Convenient access to Washer/Dryer facilities on 1st and 2nd floor, with two laundry pods provided for your use. One parking pass is included in rate if additional passes are needed please let me know and I can arrange that at $35 per pass. We have upgraded the TV’s to smart TV. We have a 75 Inch in living/kitchen area and 32 inch in bedroom. Amenities: You’ll be steps away from a variety of activities and amenities, including: The beach, tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rentals, play ground, and outdoor grilling area. Three on-site restaurants including Jamaica Joe’z bar and restaurant located ocean/poolside, Gator’s Pizza and Wings And Coconut’z Sports Bar and Grill located in the main building. Complimentary use 2 beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella and a cooler for you to enjoy during your stay. We kindly ask that you cover them with your beach towel and rinse them off daily to keep them in good condition. During peak travel time, you can also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach.. Just bring your beach towels!!! Bike rentals are available on the property and you will find bike paths that traverse the entire island, perfect for exploring. the wonderful island. Sorry, No e-bikes on property. Putt-Putt golf is conveniently located at the end of the street, providing fun for the whole family. Trolley pickup(seasonal) to tour the island on site as well. Other things to note We ask that you take great care of our villa as if it was yours. Please use the extras we provide and leave for the next guest. No smoking is allowed. We offer additional blankets and pillows that are located in the bedroom closet. You will also want to pack your beach towels as those are not provided in the villa. We have professional cleaners that are cleaning and sanitizing our villa.
