KITCHEN AND DINING The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen opens onto an elegant dining room, creating an open space overlooking the living room. The kitchen features a filtered hot and cold water dispenser and a Keurig coffee maker. PLEASE NOTE: - The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th - The pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is not heated - A pool waiver must be signed before using the community pool - The HOA continuously monitors the pool area with security cameras - The pool's safety equipment is not for recreational use - Guests must return all pool furniture to where they found it, and the pool area and bathrooms must be cleaned up upon departure - 4-wheel drive, snow tires, or tire chains are necessary when renting this house during snowy weather. - This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
