Or looking for some fun in the sun, perhaps? Our property is just 4 miles from Delray Beach’s popular downtown Atlantic Avenue. We are in the perfect location to go out and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Delray, and then return home to the quiet comforts of this treehouse. There is a suite above this unit (The Orange Door Suite), and one next to it (The Blue Door Suite), so if being super secluded is important to you, this may not be the best fit. While the space you are staying in is private, The Treehouse Zephyr is a large home with two additional separated units. *Larger groups wanting more space can book the entire Treehouse Zephyr! But it's one of the many reasons we fell in love with it and just had to have it in our portfolio. But if quirky is not your cup of tea, we completely understand and there are plenty of wonderful options out there that may better fit your style. Our cleaners will thoroughly sanitize the entire cottage ahead of your stay. To help support a clean and pathogen-free environment, we also encourage guests to remove their shoes when they enter the cottage. Your health and safety is our top priority! Guest access The Green Door suite is located under the carport. Guests staying in the Green Door Suite have an assigned parking space, which fits one compact car and requires parallel parking. We are unable to accommodate check ins or check outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Please not the last day for check in for the Christmas holiday is Monday, December 22, 2025. Other things to note • Check in is from 4 PM to 10 PM. • Check out is at or before 11 AM. • We are unable to accommodate early check in, or late check out. Due to Covid-19, we need to ensure housekeeping has ample time to clean and sanitize the unit. • Primary guest must be 21 years or older. • No parties or events are allowed on the property. Violators will be asked to vacate the property immediately. • Only authorized guests are allowed in the unit. • Parking space sufficient for one compact car. Street parking is not available. • Please keep AC around 63-70 degrees. Do not turn off the AC. • Pets are welcome, with prior pet approval and pet fee. ($50 for entire stay) • Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside, or in close proximity to the home. A $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house so that the unit smells of smoke inside. • Extended stays (over 10 days) must be comfortable with our team gaining access to the unit for scheduled routine maintenance. • No holiday check-ins or check-outs to allow for our amazing team to have some time off for the holidays.
