There is no better place for family & friends to gather to enjoy all Maine has to offer as it has 6 bedrooms and an open concept fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. The space This home is in a perfect location allowing you to enjoy the solitude of Maine while also being close enough to the Greenville/Moosehead Lake Region to enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as white water rafting, hiking, and guided tours. If you enjoy fishing, ATVing and snowmobiling the boat ramp and major trails are located within walking distance. Or finally, just stay in and relish waking up to breathtaking views, quiet mornings while sipping your coffee on the screened in porch, listening to the call of the loons, swimming and kayaking in the crystal clear lake with sandy bottom, and barbequing in the yard. This home is sure to offer a memorable vacation for you and your guests! Please note we welcome children, however, this home is not infant/toddler proof! Cell phone service and internet can be spotty at times in this secluded area. Also, there is no ice fishing allowed on Whetstone Pond, but the neighboring ponds close by allow it. There are heat pumps providing A/C and heat to home in addition to a pellet stove which may be used in winters. A fire pit is outside and available for use on the property. No pets allowed, no exceptions, and if pets are brought to the property the renter will be asked to leave the property upon arrival. No more guests allowed then the number of guests approved during your booking unless owner is informed or there will be additional charges incurred. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. No parties or events may be held at our property. There is no cable TV, however, there is WiFi for streaming movies and/or TV shows. All renters who book with us must agree to the liability waiver that will be emailed to them immediately upon booking. Please contact us with any questions regarding our property. We look forward to hosting you and your guests! Other things to note No pets allowed at this property. If renters bring pets they will be asked to leave the property upon arrival. If pets discovered post arrival renters will be charged a $1000 fine. NO PARTIES allowed. There are 5 single person kayaks, 1 tandem kayak and 3 paddle boards for renters to use at their own risk. Also, 6 adult life jackets, 4 youth, and 8 kids life jackets available for use. Renters will be responsible to pay for any damages to the property and/or pay for any lost/stolen items belonging to the property during their stay and agree for their card on file to be charged. By booking this reservation you are agreeing to the Vacation Rental Liability Waiver.
