All conveniently located next to grocery and other shopping centers. 2 BR w/queen beds and tv's 2 baths, w/d, beautifully decorated suite - there is even an orange tree in the front yard! MUST be 55+ to rent in the resort. No Exceptions. The space This park model home was renovated in 2016 and has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, desk area and living area in main home. There is a breeze way through the patio doors with propane BBQ and bistro patio set to enjoy your morning coffee at- very private. A second suite detached from main house with full bathroom, bedroom and laundry is attached to the other side of the breezeway - great privacy if you are having guests stay the night or weekend. There is parking for one vehicle only under carport, visitors may get visitor parking pass. We have an outdoor entertaining area with couch, 2 glider chairs and propane fire table. The resort is stunning and well managed with options for everyone to stay busy at! -5 pools - 4 hot tubs - sauna room - tennis and pickle ball courts - woodworking shop - baseball court - water aerobics - various cards game nights - onsite concerts AND MORE! Unfortunately our home is not wheel chair accessible. Guest access You will have access to the entire space. Other things to note You must be over the age of 55 to rent this unit. No exceptions. 2 people maximum. Additional Guests may be permitted for short stays only if approved in advance. Absolutely no pets. You will be evicted immediately if a pet is on the property during your stay. Weapons of any sort are NOT permitted and will result in you being evicted immediately. All parks rules must be followed at all times. Guests are not permitted to bring anyone not registered as a tenant to pool areas or any common areas.
