Peach Beach Cottage at Simonton Lake! 2 Bed/1 Bath

Peach Beach is a charming, 100 yr old fishing cottage. Dogs welcome, but there is a dog fee. Across the street from Simonton Lake and includes lake access with kayaks during the Summer months. Lots of light and beachy decor, wifi, outdoor bbq (Summer Only)with big back yard. Maximum 2 vehicles. No pier access. Just swimming or launching kayaks. The space *The lake is not a pool. There are seaweed and grasses that float to shore during certain times of the Summer. We have no control over this. There are fish, turtles, bugs, other aquatic life present. Please only book if you are familiar with lake life, swimming in lakes and all it entails. Homeowner is not responsible for guests safety during stay and there is no lifeguard on duty. We recommend water shoes at all times in the lake and we do not have any. youth sized life jackets.* The cottage is a 100 yr old fishing cottage. Please keep in mind, this is still a 100+ yr old fishing cottage with lots of original things like woodwork and floors. Old cottages have some creaks and funky sounds sometimes. Living room features a couch and two chairs, coffee table and end tables. There is a Samsung TV with free streaming channels and you can also stream from your own accounts. Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and clothes storage rack. Bedroom 2 - Twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. Please take note, This bedroom has no door. This room does have a closet that is not pictured. Kitchen - no large stove but we have added a cooktop burner and a griddle. 3.2 cu ft retro fridge, dual coffee maker with carafe and k-cup brewing, Cuisinart air fryer/toaster oven combo, mini waffle maker, sandwich maker. The air fryer/toaster oven is great for baking, frying. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, cooking equipment, etc. *PETS* We do welcome pets, but charge a $50 per pet fee. We require that you message us the type and size of your dog(s) at booking and then a separate pet fee will be added and due prior to check-in. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet waste. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home except the basement and garage. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.
