Waterfront home with Pontoon boat, jet skis (1 promised, 2 usually) , canoe, and 4 kayaks. If you don't need our toys, our price is $350 a night. 2000 ft2 home with 1 boat well and 55 ft of seawall, parking for 8 vehicles/trailers. Home is 4 houses from Lake St. Clair. Great fishing! 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen . Laundry room. The St. Clair Flats, the largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's Marsh, a great place to see waterfowl in their habitat, is readily accessible. The space All bedrooms have 40 in smart tv; lots of small kitchen appliances; deck, fire pit in backyard and grill. We have a flotation mat, a tube, and a knee board .Best to bring your own beach towel. If your into winter fun, this is the place where all the ice action happens! Bring your fishing shanty, ATV, and snowmobile! 12 person limit, no pets, no porta johns,, and no events Guest access all house; boat slips, Kayaks , and canoe. Pontoon and jetskis if booked. Other things to note If you can, we like to avoid Sunday check ins, but we accommodate. If you are using our boats, insurance requires an orientation. We discuss safety, where to go and not go, have you drive the watercraft, and show you landmarks. If you need an additional orientations, there is a $100 fee. Best to have everyone show up at the same time to avoid this extra fee. if you book without our boats, we will have to write you a special offer. Off season rate is $200, and usually boats are not available. An additional $190 if boats are provided off season.
