Red Bird Cottage is a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home only two blocks away from beach access, perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with old friends. The expansive back yard and wood-burning firepit are ideal for enjoying the outdoors, and the hot tub is open all year! As you step into the living room you will immediately be impressed with the immaculate condition of the home. The living room has a flatscreen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Well cared for and tastefully decorated, each of the three bedrooms has a queen-size bed. The first bathroom is located off the cute and well-appointed kitchen. The second bathroom is connected to the main bedroom and boasts a walk-in steam shower. Red Bird Cottage boasts a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating and a beautiful fire table, a fabulous area to entertain your guests in! The screened-in porch leads out to the side deck boasting a private hot tub. Red Bird Cottage lives up to its name with ample yard space and plenty of wild bird life to observe. A short walk will take you to the Center Avenue beach access in Union Pier, and you'll be within easy walking distance of the Miller, McKinley, and Berrien Street beaches! You'll also be just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of downtown Union Pier, so you can grab a coffee and a danish in the morning at Black Currant Bakery. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
