This spacious villa is ready to accommodate your family. The 1st floor features an open concept living area with a TV, a large kitchen, a dining area that seats 6-8, two breakfast bars each with two stools, a 1/2 bath, a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, TV, a crib, full bathroom with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, laundry room and a garage. The 2nd floor includes a loft with a large bean bag couch, a TV, two bedrooms (2 fulls & twin over full with trundle) and one full bath. 3 parking spaces You are free to use the entire space and everything that is there. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals for your family. There are only 3 parking spaces available, so plan accordingly. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to email or call me. The neighborhood has a community pool, which is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Also, there is water access with a boat ramp and a small pier. Bethany Beach is only 3 miles away. During the off-season the parking is free, but in season there is metered parking. We suggest that the Park Mobile App be downloaded to pay for parking more conveniently. Trash needs to be put out Sunday evening at the curb in black trash bags and again at the end of your stay. If they are not put at the end of the driveway by the small landscaped divider, you will be fined $75.00 for a special pick up to be arranged. Trash is not to be placed by the garage. Make sure you leave a key in the lock box for the next renter and leave the two additional key in the house. You will be charged $15.00 for each lost key. They pool pass needs to be left as well in the small box on the side of the refrigerator. If they pool pass is not left, you will be charged a $75.00 fee to replace the pool key card.
