Large Private Guest House*outdoor entertainment

Relax or unwind at your large private guesthouse on 1.5 acres in South Boise. Located 10 minutes from the airport & 15 minutes from downtown Boise. Handicapped accessible! Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee! Wander past the chickens that gift you with fresh eggs and play a game of volleyball, mini-golf, badminton, corn hole, bocce ball, croquet, horseshoes or other games! There is large backyard for the kids or dogs to play in as well as a trampoline, play set and fire bowl. The space *please note dogs are accepted but no cats or other animals are allowed.* -The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans, utensils, and even spices and extra food items. As long as my chickens are laying, there will be farm fresh eggs in the fridge and there is also coffee pods for a Keurig located next to the stove in a drawer. If you chose to bring your own coffee, I do have a French press as well as a tea pot. -The living room has a large TV with Amazon and Netflix. It also has a variety of games for any age to be able to enjoy. There is a couch that does convert to a queen size bed that even has an extra mattress pad (located in the bunk bed room closet) that will make your night’s sleep even better. -The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and large closet with a shoe rack as well as a luggage rack. It also has a dresser with a small TV. You can walk out onto the back patio from the main bedroom’s sliding glass door (or use the door in the office room as well) -The second bedroom includes a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top). There is a closet in it as well. It overlooks the back yard and you will often see chickens hanging out by the window. -The third bedroom serves as an office with small work desk and a loveseat that folds out into a twin bed. Once again, there is a mattress pad in the closet for extra comfort and it does have access to the back patio/yard. -The main bathroom includes a large walk in shower and vanity. There is complimentary soap and body lotion on the vanity as well. -The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. -you will also find plenty of extra linens, blankets and towels in the closets in the bedrooms and bathrooms! -There is a private laundry room that includes complimentary laundry detergent (free and clear pods) with a commercial washer and dryer. There is also a pack and play and ironing board in the laundry room. There are two parts to the yard! The first one is the backyard that is fully fenced in and features your back patio and even a small fish pond. It is quite large and a great place to let your dogs get their zoomies out or have the kids roll around in the grass and play. The field is for people only. It is where you will find all sorts of outdoor activities such as foosball, volleyball, badminton, bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes, yard dice, a trampoline, a play set and large outdoor seating area past the garden. There is something for everyone and we are always trying to add more. Guest access Guests (and their dogs) have access to the fully enclosed back yard. Note the yard is a shared yard and owner has two friendly dogs that are only outside when owner is with them. They are also encouraged to explore the garden and property and use any activities available. We are doing our best to add as much as we can to the 1.5 acres we have! No dogs are permitted outside the fenced in yard due to the fact the owner has free ranging chickens that would rather lay eggs than be treats or toys for the dogs. Other things to note Dogs are welcomed on a case by case basis. Sorry, but cats are not accepted. There are also 4 paddleboards available to rent for the day for $20 each.
