Conveniently located 1 minute off Hwy 45, across from Carl Hogan Toyota. 8 minutes to CAFB. 20 minutes to Paccar and Severstal / Airport. Part of a 1.5-acre lot, so plenty of yard to enjoy while drinking coffee on the private patio. Full Studio I'll only be available by phone, which is super easy! A lovely safe, well-established neighborhood that I grew up in, so I know the area well. This home is easy to zip into town or up Hwy 45. Recycling bins close, trash twice a week. Older, quiet neighbors. No crime. No traffic noise. Everything is close. There is really no public transportation in Columbus to speak of. You have your own parking spot. This is part of a duplex with a locked dividing door. Internet, Roku, games, books, puzzles included. It's not set up for pets unless you convince me yours is different and it's super short-term :) Keypad on door with alarm code inside. There is not an oven available. I do have a toaster oven but not a full oven. There is also a stove and microwave available.
