The first-floor level has an efficiency with a Twin over Full bunk bed and king for all the extra guests or the kids (BR1). Comes complete with a mini-fridge and microwave. Enjoy the flat-screen TV to wind down after a day at the beach. The second floor of Neptune's Retreat offers 3 bedrooms (BR2) with a Queen, (BR3) with a King and (BR4) with two sets of Twin bunk beds. All the bedrooms offer Flat Screen TV's. The third level is open and spacious. Large family kitchen fully stocked to meet your culinary needs, dining with ample seating for guests. The living room has an HD flat-screen TV and opens onto the outside deck with water views. From the kitchen take the steps up to the rooftop deck that shows off all of Port Aransas and the Ocean.
