The location is 7-minutes drive/20-minute walk to Cobourg beach, CCC Centre, VIA, restaurants, and grocery stores. There are trains that you can hear as they ramble by. A weekend two people. Monthly a one-person room. The kitchenette & bathroom are shared. No pets as would create a health or safety hazard. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. As a small town and to support local business. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business people who are tired of the four walls of a hotel. This space is in a home with a patio and green lawn and a tree to sit under. Unique as it is simply a space to rest while traveling or to take a break. Wi-Fi access. Guest access The second-floor private room is private with a lock. The kitchenette and bathroom are shared accommodations with other guests. The kitchenette is supplied with items to create basic meals. * Guest is required to clean up after themselves. During your stay The host is available by phone or in-person if needed at Covid distance as necessary Other things to note This home is located near train tracks so there is a noise consideration. With air-conditioning, there is no need to sleep with windows open. The proximity to Cobourg beach, Boardwalk, and town is a positive plus to this location.
