Lazy Bear Cabin is a completely new remodeled log style cabin inside and out. This exquisite cabin and detailing is a true work of art. The finest craftsmanship and attention to detail far surpassed the complete vision of this modern rustic cabin for guests to come. Game room/WiFi and YouTube TV service throughout the cabin. The space Lazy Bear Cabin includes all the following brand new details: Brand new roof, exterior and interior log style panels. Completely new floor that is easy for clean up. The cabin has a new heating system, electrical and plumbing. The living room ceiling was removed to create a high-vaulted ceiling cabin appearance. THE KITCHEN The custom made kitchen incorporates new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances (refrigerator, microwave,gas range with oven). The cabinets are custom made and stained with butcher block countertops. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed to enjoy a home cooked meal along with the necessary cooking essentials. There is plenty of seating to eat. A custom built kitchen table has a bench and chairs. The decorative sofa table has bar stools for an additional eating space. THE LIVING ROOM The modern rustic living room has a custom made fireplace with a decorative wood mantle and an electric fireplace insert. It is equipped with custom made wood tables for the living room and kitchen. The living room also incorporates double barn style doors which open and close. Inside the barn style doors are two bunk beds with a ladder and retaining partition for your safety. The beds can be concealed simply by closing the barn style doors. Both mattresses are brand new. Each bunk bed is equipped with electrical plug ins for charging your phones or iPads and a night lamp for reading. There is a brand new 65” Smart TV and sound bar affixed to the chimney for your viewing pleasure. All TVs in the cabin are installed with YouTube TV service for live streaming channels including local channels. Or sign in to your favorite apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Youtube, etc.) During the winter months, simply turn on the heating system located in the hallway to your desired setting. During the summer months, feel free to open the windows or turn on the large ceiling fan. THE BEDROOMS Both bedrooms are equipped with a Cal King Bed and a Queen Bed. Both have new mattresses and newly remodeled furniture. Both rooms are heated if needed and a ceiling fan is also affixed to the ceiling during the summer months. Each bedroom has a closet, hangers, and dressers for proper storage of clothing. There is one iron and ironing board provided for guests. THE BATHROOM The bathroom has a brand new decorative tile along the shower and bathroom floors. There is a new vanity, sink, faucet, mirror and toilet. There are sufficient towels located on a wall rack inside the bathroom and along the cabinets in the hallway. THE LAUNDRY ROOM The cabin is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use in the laundry room next to the kitchen. Laundry detergent and sheets are provided. THE GAME ROOM This particular detached garage converted into a modern game room is a fun and entertaining space for guests to enjoy and relax. Truly an entertainment room to give you the opportunity to escape the cell phone and social media addiction. Get together as a family and share some quality time. The game room has high vaulted, corrugated metal ceilings, and log siding along the interior for a genuine rustic appearance. It is equipped with a brand new heating system for your comfort and warmth and a fridge for beverages and storage of snacks. The game room is furnished with three leather recliners, a separate leather chair, a large rustic custom-made bar table with plenty of bar stools throughout the room. For entertainment, there is a 55” Smart TV with YouTube TV service for live channels or simply log in to your favorite apps for movies. As far as games, you are in for a treat. The game room has a new custom made pool table with pool cues and accessories, a foosball table, and a poker table with a deluxe poker set. Vacationers must sign in using their own personal accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Other things to note Although hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and drying sheets, are provided, guests should bring their own personal hygiene (body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) We have a small start up kit of two rolls of toilet paper.
