Pets must be registered in advance. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or families! The space The guest suite is 720 sq ft and includes a cozy bedroom, a comfortable living room, and a kitchenette. It features a shower, fresh linens, and a new bedspread for a comfortable stay. The small closet offers plenty of storage for your belongings. The couch is very comfortable and can be used for sleeping, though it’s not a pull-out. It’s best suited for a smaller person or child, and extra blankets are provided. Additionally, a sturdy, extra-wide, long cot (capable of supporting up to 500 lbs) is available, with extra bedding provided for added comfort. The suite also has a front entrance at the driveway, as well as a back entrance to the yard, perfect for guests who want to walk their dog. Guest access Guest has their own area with seperate entrance. Keypad entrance Other things to note Pet rules: -All pet dogs must be housebroken. -The pet may not be allowed on any furniture. -Guest shall immediately remove and properly dispose of any and all pet waste inside and outside the premises. -Pet must remain on leash outside in front of the home. -Guest shall prevent the pet from becoming an annoyance to, or source of discomfort or complaints from, other tenants of the building or complex, or neighbors. -Guest is liable to owner for all damages or expenses arising out of the actions of the pet, and shall hold host and his agents and employees harmless from all liability or loss arising out of the actions of the pet.” Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance.
