La Vita House is a quick walk to Main Gate Square @UA, Pima College, and downtown Tucson. Built-in 1901 lists on the National Register of Historic Places. The compound includes a detached library, laundry facilities, three patio areas, and balcony/roof access to overlook the beautiful Tucson sunsets. The atmosphere is mostly a diverse student population. We offer clean and secure accommodation, 24-hour reception, gated community, and WIFI. Guest access La Vita House consists of two houses. One is the Girls House and is 3000 sq. Ft and the other is the Main Historic building that faces the main road. A strawbale wall joins it with three separate patio spaces, a detached library shared by current residents of La Vita. Parking one street north of Speedway accessed through the alley. There are three gates with keypad locks.
