The space This spacious home is located right across the street from the Bay of Quinte, and less than a 5 minute drive to Prince Edward County. The main floor includes an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and lots of light, and three bedrooms with bathroom. Upstairs is a partially finished loft with two extra bedrooms and a bathroom - please inquire if you would like use of this space. No matter the season, there are plenty of activities in the area, such as: Prince Edward County, well known for its vineyards. The Sandbanks Provincial Park (30 min drive) Picturesque towns nearby (Picton and Bloomfield) Fishing year round! The closest boat launch is only a 2 minute drive away. And, this home will be available during most holidays! If you are looking to visit family but need more convenience than a hotel can offer than give the Blue House on the Bay a visit. Great for families with a fully equipped kitchen and table that seats 8 comfortably. There is plenty of parking available. Guest access Guests will always have access to the main floor which has a bright, open living space with vaulted ceilings and windows on 3 of the 4 walls, three large bedrooms, and a large bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances. There is a front porch with a view of the sparkling bay, perfect for your morning coffee! Other things to note Bedding and towels are provided. When you are nearing the end of your stay, do not worry about making the beds as they will be collect for washing. Security cameras are installed at the front and back doors, facing outward towards the driveway and the road. These cameras are turned off during the guest’s stay.
